Description of problem:

When installing the NFD Operator using the CLI, the namespace recommended is different than the one used to create the NodeFeatureDiscovery instance, which causes a failure.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create NFD resources as per documentation
2. Create node feature discovery as per documentation
oc apply -f NodeFeatureDiscovery.yaml 


Actual results:
Error from server (NotFound): error when creating "NodeFeatureDiscovery.yaml": namespaces "openshift-nfd" not found


Expected results:
nodefeaturediscovery.nfd.openshift.io/nfd-instance created
