SDL_image failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f35

Please fix SDL_image at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
SDL_image will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 36,
SDL_image will be retired, if it still fails to build.

file build.log too big, will only attach last 32768 bytes

This is caused by rpath still being set when /usr/lib64 is used.

Fixed and build in rawhide, closing.
