Please fix pdfpc at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
pdfpc will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 36,
pdfpc will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Upstream suggests it's a VALA breaking change that has caused it. They've filed an issue here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/vala/-/issues/1210

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.
