trojita failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f35

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=72515334

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_35_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix trojita at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
trojita will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 36,
trojita will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Fedora Release Engineering 2021-08-01 04:35:23 UTC
Dear Maintainer,

your package has an open Fails To Build From Source bug for Fedora 35.
Action is required from you.

If you can fix your package to build, perform a build in koji, and either create
an update in bodhi, or close this bug without creating an update, if updating is
not appropriate [1]. If you are working on a fix, set the status to ASSIGNED to
acknowledge this. If you have already fixed this issue, please close this Bugzilla report.

Following the policy for such packages [2], your package will be orphaned if
this bug remains in NEW state more than 8 weeks (not sooner than 2021-09-23).

A week before the mass branching of Fedora 36 according to the schedule [3],
any packages not successfully rebuilt at least on Fedora 34 will be
retired regardless of the status of this bug.

Comment 5 Kevin Kofler 2021-08-02 02:56:51 UTC
kf5-gpgmepp was retired without notice by Rex Dieter. That package is a dependency of Trojitá and needs to be unretired.

Comment 6 Kevin Kofler 2021-08-02 03:12:49 UTC
Actually, looking at the CMakeLists.txt, it looks like Trojitá can be built with upstream gpgmepp instead, so unretiring kf5-gpgmepp should not be necessary, BUT it should not have been retired before changing the BuildRequires in trojita first.

Comment 7 Kevin Kofler 2021-08-06 00:55:36 UTC
It turns out that this was easier to fix than expected: We already have BuildRequires gpgmepp-devel and qgpgme-devel, CMakeLists.txt prefers those to the legacy kf5-gpgmepp-devel (which also means that there are no broken runtime dependencies in, e.g., F34 GA), so all it takes to fix this is to drop the BuildRequires: kf5-gpgmepp-devel. I have now done that in Rawhide, build running.

Comment 8 Kevin Kofler 2021-08-06 01:02:10 UTC
Unfortunately, this now fails with a different error:

/builddir/build/BUILD/trojita-36b05871b00f282f5d5695e036d1efe0765cd1d2/src/Gui/Window.cpp:1100:22: error: aggregate 'QPainterPath path' has incomplete type and cannot be defined
 1100 |         QPainterPath path;
      | ^~~~

Looks like a missing #include.

Comment 9 Ben Cotton 2021-08-10 13:31:32 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.

Comment 10 Kevin Kofler 2022-01-26 13:16:15 UTC
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1908152 built successfully.
