Description Rich Jerrido 2021-07-30 12:07:19 UTC
Description of problem:

With the announcement of the partnership between Nutanix and Red Hat (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/press-releases/red-hat-and-nutanix-announce-strategic-partnership-deliver-open-hybrid-multicloud-solutions), Satellite's virt-who plugin should produce configurations for Nutanix AHV, similar to other supported hypervisors (VMWare, RHV, KVM).

Additional info:

virt-who support for AHV exists only in the RHEL8 builds of virt-who, so we wouldn't expect this functionality any sooner than a version of Satellite which supports running on RHEL8 is released.
