Description of problem:
 'More' and 'Show Less' functions are not translated on several pages.
The issue happens on Pods, Secrets, BuildConfigs, Builds page, and so on where it has a "Filter" component.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login OCP, add '?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en' at the end of the URL
2. On the Pods page, check more than three options on the 'Filter' component 
3. Verify if 'more' is being translated
4. After clicking the 'more' button, verify if the 'Show Less' button is being translated
5. Do step2-4 on Pod, Secrets, Routes, PersistentVolumeClaims, VolumeSnapshotContents, BuildConfigs, Builds, Alerts, Nodes, Roles, RoleBindings, ClusterSetting-ClusterOperator tab, ResourceQuotas  

Actual results:
3,4 'more' and 'Show Less' is not translated, or in i18n

Expected results:
3,4 'more' and 'Show Less' is translated correctly

This bug requests for more changes to Bug 1986754

It looks like the "3 filters applied" text is also not translated. Presumably the PF filter toolbar component has a way to pass custom messages as props.

This bug has been fixed and verified on payload 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-09-21-080834

Verification Steps:
1. Login OCP, add '?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en' at the end of the URL

3. Verify if 'more' is being translated
4. After clicking the 'more' button, verify if the 'Show Less' button is being translated
5. Do step2-4 on Pod, Secrets, Routes, PersistentVolumeClaims, VolumeSnapshotContents, BuildConfigs, Builds, Alerts, Nodes, Roles, RoleBindings, ClusterSetting-ClusterOperator tab, ResourceQuotas  

Results:
3,4 'more' and 'Show Less' has been translated (i18n mode) on Pod, Secrets, Routes, PersistentVolumeClaims, VolumeSnapshotContents, and related pages
