Package was generated with rust2rpm, simplifying the review.

- package builds and installs without errors on rawhide
- test suite is run and all unit tests pass
- latest version of the crate is packaged
- license matches upstream specification and is acceptable for Fedora
- license file is included with %license in %files
- package complies with Rust Packaging Guidelines

Non-blocking TODO items to fix before importing the package:

- keep "# Initial patched metadata" comment
- link to the svg (0.6 → 0.7 → 0.8 →) 0.9 → 0.10 upstream commits (the last one would be enough for me, since it's the relevant one)
- remove "examples" from %doc
