Verified in ovirt-engine-4.5.0.6-0.7.el8ev.noarch ovirt-engine-ui-extensions-1.3.3-1.el8ev.noarch New link "Monitoring Portal" has been added on the Webadmin Dashboard page, on the top right part, under the user/help/events icons.
