Description of problem:

Syncing the rpm repo https://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/convert2rhel/7/os/ fails with

> A file located at the url https://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/convert2rhel/7/os/repodata/842112544c39a31f7481ca043705a424d6f2e50cd589f56ba33999d1e81da2a7-primary.xml.gz failed validation due to checksum.

6.10 - pulp-rpm 3.14.0

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a repository with the upstream url specified above
2. Try to sync

Actual results:

It fails, if you go to the task detail, you see the checksum issue

Expected results:

It syncs fine as with older versions of Pulp

Steps to retest

Followed the instructions in the description above.

Expected:
Repo should sync successfully

Actual:
repo sycned successfully and able to see 4 packages being pulled in.

Verified on 6.10 snap 14
