Description of problem:
Two rootdisks show on storage step if 'This is a CD-ROM boot source' is checked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create vm with 'This is a CD-ROM boot source' is checked
2. click 'Customize' button and procedure to storage step
3.

The problem only happens when the source is not ISO, like putting a qcow2 image as the URL source and check "This is a CD-ROM boot source", will see two rootdisk in storage tab.
