The problem only happens when the source is not ISO, like putting a qcow2 image as the URL source and check "This is a CD-ROM boot source", will see two rootdisk in storage tab. Verified on 4.10.0-0.ci-2021-12-23-133912 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
