Description of problem: There's extra spacing in ActionAlert component.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.9


How reproducible: Everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Capacity and Nodes step in Create StorageCluster.
2. Assign nodes such that the topology is distributed over <3 regions.

Actual results: Incorrect spacing in ActionAlert alerts

Expected results: Correct spacing in ActionAlert alerts

Hi Pranshu

Performed the following steps :-
1. Installed ODF operator and then increased the machine set count of "worker-us-east-1a"(screenshot for the same is attached in drive(bug744(test)).
2. Attached the space to the new node .
3. Waited for while to reflect it in UI .

Could not observe any ActionAlert alerts even in the cluster shared by you . Hence cannot verify the bug .
