Description of problem:
Accessibility issues are an important issue that needs to be taken care of.
Add aria-label for Object and File & Block Dashboards.
Following noted components have missing aria-label:
breakdown-chart --> used by Used Capacity Breakdown Card (Block & File Dashboard) and Capacity breakdown Card (Object Dashboard)
data-consumption-card-dropdown --> used by Performance Card (Object Dashboard)
data-consumption-graph --> used by Performance Card (Object Dashboard)
