Notable bug fixes and enhancements over version 3.1.0 include: * Added a new MS SQL server dashboard for PCP Redis. * Added visibility of empty histogram buckets in the PCP Vector eBPF/BCC Overview dashboard. * Fixed a bug where the `metric()` function of PCP Redis didn't return all metric names.
