This issue influenced only our e2e tests. I could verify the improvement on https://search.ci.openshift.org/ when searched for A-09-TC04. The disabled tests doesn't run anymore. Description of problem: The developer-catalog-details.feature installs the Serverless operator but don't create the knative-eventing resource.
