Description of problem:

Documentation tab on Configure >> Discovery Rules page on Red Hat Satellite Web UI is pointing for Foreman instead on Red Hat URL.

Actual results:

It is pointing to the following URL which is incorrect. Also, the below link does not exist.

Expected results:

It should point to some Red Hat valid link.
