Missing ODF operator icon post installation

Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Value for base64data in the odf-operator's deploy.yaml (catalogsource) is missing. 
2. As a result, the icon for ODF operator is missing. Go to 'OperatorHub' and search for OpenShift Data Foundation and verify.
3. Install the ODF operator (even if it fails), navigate to 'Installed Operators' post installation, found icon to be missing there as well.
4. Click on ODF operator and verify the same.
5. Current output for base64data

$ oc get csv odf-operator.v4.9.0-91.ci -o yaml | grep base64data
  - base64data: ""

Also refer the attached screenshot of UI console

Actual results: icon is missing for ODF operator during and post installation

Expected results: 
Value for base64data in the odf-operator's deploy.yaml (catalogsource) and CSV should be added.
Icon for ODF operator should be displayed with no distorted text on UI console.
