Validate Content Sync option should not in Satellite 6.10

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.10.0 Snap 20.0

Steps followed: 

1. Navigate to Product, Select Product and Click on Advanced Sync  

Observation: 

Validate Content Sync is not present in Satellite 6.10 as expected.
