Description of problem:
When targeted gathering by plan/namespace - all VirtualMachineImport CRs are combined into one file

For example, targeted gathering a plan with 2 VMs:
$ oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/konveyor/forklift-must-gather:latest -- PLAN=mig-plan-cold /usr/bin/targeted


$ tree must-gather/namespaces/openshift-mtv/crs/virtualmachineimport/
must-gather/namespaces/openshift-mtv/crs/virtualmachineimport/
└── mig-plan-cold-vm-7485-bqpwsmig-plan-cold-vm-7480-jbcb2.yaml


$ cat mig-plan-cold-vm-7485-bqpwsmig-plan-cold-vm-7480-jbcb2.yaml

With MTV 2.2.0, we don't use VMIO anymore, so we don't expect to collect any VMImport CR.
