Description of problem:
When targeted gathering a plan/namespace that includes more than 2 DataVolume CRs - the DV CRs are combined to one file, starting from the 2nd one.

For example, mig-plan-cold plan contains 2 VMs, one of them has 2 disks:
$ oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/konveyor/forklift-must-gather:latest -- PLAN=mig-plan-cold /usr/bin/targeted


$ tree must-gather/namespaces/openshift-mtv/
must-gather/namespaces/openshift-mtv/

Thanks for reporting this, could be provideded a CR of the virtual machine with multiple DVs or an example on running OpenShift cluster? (I wasn't able reproduce such situation) Thanks!
