Description of problem:
Go to Web Wizard, select 'Style' under Steps pane, shortcut 'Alt+C' used for
three buttons

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch OpenOffice.org Writer, select File - Wizards - Web Page from the
menu bar
2. Click '2. Documents' under Steps pane and Add some Web site content
3. Click '5. Style' under Steps pane
 
Actual results:
Three buttons use the same shortcuts

I'm ambivalent about these ones, yes they are all the same shortcut, but alt+c
will toggle through all of them when repeatedly pressed and two of them are the
same text. Looking around the dialog I see other smaller entries that are also
duplicated, and I suspect that we have hundreds of these duplications spread
around OOo.

I don't think it's serious enough to expend effort in tracking them all down in
every language and disentangling the duplicate shortcuts. But if you disagree
you could log a bug directly upstream at qa.openoffice.org and cc "cmc" on it.
