Description of problem:

When the deployment is behind a proxy server the playbook site-container.yml does not pull the container images required for the Ceph Dashboard: grafana_container_image, prometheus_container_image, alertmanager_container_image and node_exporter_container_image.

How reproducible:

Always when the Ceph Dashboard is going to be deployed behind a proxy server.

Actual results:

The Ceph Dashboard is not properly deployed behind a proxy since the following images cannot be pull from registry.redhat.io: 

- grafana_container_image
- prometheus_container_image
- alertmanager_container_image
- node_exporter_container_image

The http(s)_proxy vars set in group_vars/all.yml only apply for pulling Ceph container image but not for the four images mentioned above.

Expected results:

The Ceph Dashboard should be properly deployed even when it is behind a proxy server.
