Description of problem:
When I start system-config-display it starts another blank X session and nothing
else.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.0.37-3


How reproducible: Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select System->Administration->Display
  
Actual results:
Blank X session starts on a different virtual display (Ctrl+Alt+F9)

Expected results:
system-config-display GUI window.

When started from a terminal:

This is fixed in Rawhide now.
