Description of problem:
Remove the ac97 audio device from QEMU builds, as it hasn't been the default and there are better alternatives to it (hda implementations, such asich9, ich6)

Gerd is telling me that this is done in C9S, so perhaps we should use ITM26 and set the status?
Test against qemu-kvm-6.0.0-12.el9.x86_64:
# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -device ? | grep -i ac97
name "AC97", bus PCI, alias "ac97", desc "Intel 82801AA AC97 Audio"
# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -device ac97
VNC server running on ::1:5900
Test against qemu-kvm-6.0.0-13.el9.x86_64:
# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -device ? | grep -i ac97
(empty)
# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -device ac97
qemu-kvm: -device ac97: 'ac97' (alias 'AC97') is not a valid device model name
So ac97 is disabled now
