Those strings do not come from gnome-keyring (which makes sense, as the keyring is for stored credentials used in the session, not for login, except to use the login password as the keyring password). gdm is the project which shows the login login prompt, and although the string is not there, at least the maintainer will have a better idea as to where the necessary code lives.
