This is definitely a configuration error. Let me touch base with the team about how we can resolve this. It appears that the stratisd-dracut does not require stratisd in RHEL. I added it in Fedora but it never made it into RHEL. We'll update the spec file to require stratisd, and that should resolve this issue. Thanks for letting us know!
