Description of problem:
Project selector flickers on the creation of namespace between current and newly created one

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Latest 4.9

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the installed operator section / or any view from where we can create a namespace
2. create a new namespace form there 

Actual results:
Project selector flickers on change on the namespace and is unusable

Expected results:
The project selector should select the created namespace
