Description of problem:
Tasks tab for Content View is blank, does not list any ealier publish/promote tasks.

Satellite 6.10 SNAP 13

How reproducible:
Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Content Views 
2. Click on any content view which is published/promoted
3. Click on Tasks button 

Actual results:
No tasks history listed 


Expected results:
Completed tasks should be listed
