Description of problem:
Storage Nav Panel shows both Overview and OpenShift Data Foundation when ODF is installed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.9


How reproducible: 1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Storage Section
2. Expand Storage
3.

Actual results: Overview Item is shown


Expected results: Overview should not be shown


Additional info: Only applicable if ODF Operator is present.
