Description of problem:
pipewire-media-session.service user service is not enabled by default - no sound by default on F35

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F35

How reproducible:
Install F35, login and there'll be no sound device / no volume icon. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Instal f35
2. Log in
3. Try to adjust volume, play some sound..etc

Actual results:
No sound device
pipewire-media-session.service not enabled

Expected results:
pipewire-media-session.service enabled and active, sound device present, able to use audio by default

Additional info:
Tested on real Hw and also in Gnome Boxes as VM. Same results.
