Description of problem:
Template description should be updated:
1. Move "Template for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 VM or newer. A PVC with the RHEL disk image must be available." to the beginning of the description.
2. Add newlines after #1 and before the sentence which starts with "Note:"
