Based on a discussion on this PR: https://github.com/konveyor/mig-ui/pull/1284, we're making some changes to the language that describes the actions that one can take on a plan. We're grouping the different types of "Migrations" now.

Today we have "Stage" and "Migrate". It's being updated to 3 types of migrations: "Stage", "Rollback", and "Cutover".

We just want to make sure that all of our product documentation remains consistent with how it's being represented in the product.
