Description of problem:
When the user opens the new BuildConfig form, switches to the YAML editor and inserts a sample YAML nothing happen (in production mode) and shows a fullscreen error (in dev mode).

The BuildConfig and other yaml editors must now show samples in the sidebar when the user edits a resource. This happen on the BuildConfig form page, but also in the Pipelines Builder.

4.9 master (tested with 5a03b49462d0f3b1b35409814ae722f96c753cf3)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open developer perspective and import a deployment from git
2. Switch to Builds, and select "Edit BuildConfig" for the new created BuildConfig.
3. Switch to the YAML view
4. Open the sidebar and switch to Samples tab
5. Press "Try it" for one of the examples.

Actual results:
Nothing happen (in production mode) and shows a fullscreen error (in dev mode)

Expected results:
The console should insert the yaml but also should not show samples if the users edits a resource.
