We need to update the ironic-ipa-downloader container with the the latest bugfix code
In particular we need at least those packages/versions:
ironic-images-2021.2-20210827.1.el8
ironic-images-ipa-ppc64le-2021.2-20210827.1.el8
ironic-images-ipa-x86_64-2021.2-20210827.1.el8
