It's that time again - background time!

The f35-backgrounds/desktop-backgrounds update - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-6924db602c - is on its way to stable, so we need KDE to make whatever changes are necessary to actually pick up and show the new backgrounds. Thanks!

I'm gonna go ahead and mark this as an accepted blocker by derivation from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1993238 , just for simplicity (it makes tracking status and pushing the fix easier).
