Description of problem:

Request for enhancement:  XOrg allows users to set the gamma value of the screen
with the 'xgamma' program.  It would be nice if the gnome-display-properties
program allowed the same functionality.

I'll close this. There are 2 upstream bugs to follow for proper gamma support:
