+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1998945 +++

After we rebase to QEMU 6.1 we need to ensure old machine types stays compatible with previous version. 

Check the changes and prepare fix for keeping machine types compatible.

Moving to RHEL since RHEL-AV will just be a rebuild of RHEL 8.6.
