I've seen the pods list unmount and remount, presumably on resource updates. This causes a flicker, and the skeleton to appears briefly. (See attached video.) It can happen many times without interacting with the page. I was looking at the pods tab on the nodes page. I'm not certain if it happens on Workloads -> Pods or only in this context.

It's possible this is related to https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/8829, but I'm not sure.

visit Node Pods tab and watch, pods list are not unmounting and remounting, no flickers
