Description of problem:
Parsing error in log

E0830 14:37:52.788192 3117415 metrics.go:260] ptp4l failed to parse frequency adjustment output +/- error strconv.ParseFloat: parsing "+/-": invalid syntax

Deploy ptp operator and apply ptp config with summary_interval =0 


Actual results:

ptp config with "summary_interval 0" doesn't create parse errors.
