I'm building Ceph and dependencies for CentOS 9. Ceph depends on oath-toolkit, which I was planning to ship in EPEL 9. oath-toolkit BuildRequires libtool-ltdl-devel, and that one is a unique situation: it is a part of HighAvailability and ResilientStorage, not CRB. libtool-ltdl-devel └oath-toolkit └ceph It's not clear yet if EPEL 9 will require the HighAvailability and ResilientStorage. We did that for EPEL 7, but that was a long time ago. Currently the mock configs for CentOS Stream 9 only enable BaseOS, AppStream, and CRB: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/blob/main/mock-core-configs/etc/mock/templates/centos-stream-9.tpl Would you please move libtool-ltdl-devel to CRB?
