Pool page view
Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
When check data of a pool the raw capacity show grey box instead of data.
Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
All ODF versions
OCP 4.9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OCP 4.9 + ODF 4.9
2. Create block pool
3. Create storageclass with the pool
4. Create PVC and POD and run IO in the POD
5. Go to pool page.
Actual results:
Raw capacity data is missing and grey box are flashing instead
Expected results:
Raw capacity data should be shown.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
