Description of problem:
Regarding adding boot source to template:
Bad: if the error is an "Upload error", no way to clear it on the templates tab.
Good: if the error is a "boot source error", click "Delete source" can clear the error.

1. Add boot source to a template by uploading a file
2. once an error is occurred
3.

no way to remove the error on template tab
