Description of problem:
When we execute a stage migration and we click on the migmigration details, there is a kebab menu on the right side of the ‘View logs’ button. This kebab menu has the old 1.5.1 options and not the new 1.6.0 options.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an empty namespace in the source cluster

oc new-project empty-namespace

2. Create a migration plan for this empty namespace

3. Execute a stage migration (ignore the warnings)

4. Click on the link with the text "1" in the "Migrations" column in order to go to the migration details screen.

5. There is a button with the text "View logs" and there is a kebab menu on the right side of this button. Click on the kebab menu.


Actual results:
The kebab menu displays these options:

- Stage
- Migrate
- Rollback

Those options are the old MTC 1.5.1 version options

Expected results:
In 1.6.0 the kebab menu should not display those options, but:

- Cutover
- Stage
- State
- Rollback

The same options that we can see in the kebab menu in the migration plans screen.
