Editing ptpconfig via oc edit crashes event sidecar

How reproducible:
oc edit ptp-config.yaml and save



Actual results:
 sidecar crashes and restarts 


Expected results:
  containers should run all fine

When i apply new ptpConfig or edit, the container stays up.
