Description of problem:
For external IBM FlashSystem mode > Create storage class step:
Add a volume mode selection, to provide an option to use thin or thick volume.
Default setting is thick mode.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ODF operator.
2. create StorageSystem.
3. Connect an external storage platform.
4. Select IBM FlashSystem Storage from dropdown and click Next.

Actual results:
No Volume mode selection option on create storage class step.


Expected results:
Option is there and looks like attached screenshot.

This issue has been verified in flashsystem team testing. We can set it as verified.
