Created attachment 1820270 [details] Sendgrid mail Description of problem: Mails sent from Sendgrid do not contain any cluster identifier like name or ID and can not be filtered by cluster. This could be an issue for customers/administrators that manage more than one cluster when they try to distinguish what mail is applicable for which cluster. Mails should contain a clear cluster identifier. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OCS 4.7.2 OCP 4.8.5
