Description of problem:
I'd like to include python-launcher (/usr/bin/py) in Fedora 35 Python Classroom, ideally in beta.


This means pushing https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-8a04866b60  and backporting https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/677

FEDORA-2021-8a04866b60 has been pushed to the Fedora 35 stable repository.
If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.

I've verified /usr/bin/py is in Fedora-Python-Classroom-Live-x86_64-35-20210913.n.0.iso.
