Description of problem:
In CNV-7576 we added the option to use MTV for import, we also need to hide the internal import wizard.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtualization
2. Click the "Create" action button (top right)
3.

Actual results:
With Import wizard is visible

Expected results:
With Import wizard is hidden

Verified that Single VM import is no longer there on OCP v4.9.0-rc.0.
