Description of problem:
Following afialkof comments for the "Add Disk"  modal in the Hotplugged disks feature.

1) We should rewrite the modal heading in sentence case:

Add Disk —> Add disk

2) We should punctuate the popover text and tighten its phrasing:

"This disk will be added immediately (hotplugged) to your running virtual machine."

3) We should remove the comma and rephrase the VM restart helper text (beside the checkbox) to focus on user action:

"Leave this option unchecked to make your hotplugged disk a permanent part of your virtual machine configuration."

The explanatory text in section number 3 should be also applied to the explanatory text in the "Edit disk" modal beside the checkbox for "Detach this disk upon VM restart".

Note to verify:

1) We should rewrite the modal heading in sentence case: Add Disk —> Add disk

left the header "Add Disk" because "Disk" here is a resource type, and changes depending on the specific disk type, it will be "Add CD-ROM" "Add LUN" "Add Disk"
