Description of problem: When a rollback operation is canceled, UI should display last state as “ Rollback Cancelled”

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.6.0


How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.In source cluster create django application

$ oc new-project ocp-40299-cancelrollback

$ oc new-app django-psql-persistent

2. Go to the MTC UI and create a migration plan for this namespace.

3. Migrate the namespace

4. Rollback the migration. While Rollback operation is running, Cancel it.

Actual results: UI is showing last state as “Cancelling rollback”

Expected results: When we cancel rollback UI should show last state as “Rollback cancelled”

This https://github.com/konveyor/mig-controller/pull/1260 - fixes the raised bug and this change has been carried over to release - 1.7.0. This issue is related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2044973
