How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools -> Outline Numbering (Outline Numbering dialog is launched)
2. In 'Numbering' tab change the default settings, for example change 'Character
Style' from 'None' to 'Line numbering'
3. Click 'Reset' button 
  
Actual results:
Settings do not roll back to default
('Reset' works in 'Position' tab)

It still doesn't work in openoffice.org-3.1.0-11.3

dtardon->kxiong: That is expected, given noone has fixed the upstream issue yet.
